  1. With its enhanced loading speed and variety of control options, the Wii version is the ultimate version among the three versions of The King of Fighters Collection: The Orochi Saga.

It's a great collection for those who still enjoy a good classic 2-D fighting game. [Dec 2008, p.104]
  3. It’s got the first five titles of SNK’s best series. It showcases the best and worst of them all; two of the games aren’t even worth playing because the other three trump them in every conceivable way.
  4. This game may not appeal to modern gamers that haven’t played any of these before, but even with the lack of arranged soundtracks and versus modes, this is a must have for fans of the series that are missing any of these games from their collection, or simply want to have them all on one disc. Short load times and smooth play control make for an enjoyable experience at a fair price.
  5. Though five games here, it is really from 96 that you will play the most. A real classic fighter that still plays great today.
  6. The first five games in the KOF series are faithfully duplicated for the Wii in all of their glorious, if not aging, splendor. But gameplay is really the key for any fighting game and this collection will not disappoint in that regard.
  7. Given the lack of fighting games on the Wii console and the $30 price tag on King of Fighters: The Orochi Saga, you should definitely pick up the title.
