  1. Toy Story 3 isn't perfect, with some loose controls and a dull plotline to follow, seemingly more for the convention of having a plot in these games than anything else. The Toy Box mode adds a whole lot to the game, however, propelling it far beyond what a typical tie-in game offers.
  2. Despite some errors, Toy Story 3 is a fun game.
  3. Toy Story 3 ultimately succeeds in the same way that Pixar's films do--it's attractive to young people who get a great surface experience and for older audiences who appreciate extra layers of depth. [Aug 2010, p.107]
  4. Toy Story 3 is a funny platformer for young and old. The gameplay involves platforming, puzzle solving and completing missions in open-world environments.
  5. 75
Toy Story 3 is an example of when a license game is done right.
  6. It's not perfect--there are some context-sensitivity issues that can make the platforming more frustrating than it should be, for instance--but Toy Story 3: The Video Game is surprisingly fun. [Aug 2010, p.89]
  7. If buying toys was fun in itself we'd give kids the Argos catalogue to play with. [Aug 2010, p.69]

The graphics are not the best, but the gameplay and the levels are funny and it really enterteins you. I suggest to play it alone when you are playing in story mode, but out of the mode, it is good sometimes to play with somebody. Although it is not better than the past two games. Expand

Toy story 3 continues the tradition of making great videogames, the previous game of the second movie featuring Buzz was definitely a classic, and this one is no exception. It offers a simple pick up and play gameplay for all the ages and it also maintains it variety in every way. Not only that but the game maintains replay value with the toy box mode where you can control and create new things in a dessert stage. This is definitely an excellent game for kids, and big thanks of the movie should check it out as well. Expand

One of the few licensed games that are worth playing today. While the stroy mode part is very short, the toy box mode will keep you playing for many hours. Expand
