    Kids that stay all day long playing video games should try having some fun and doing some exercise at the same time. My sixteen-year old son, who is overweight and never works out, is now having a great time with Wii Fit.     "Wii Fit" mixes fun and exercise into one, for a great time to spend losing calories. Guaranteed worth your money, as there are several mini games that are fun and enjoyable, while you are losing weight along with it.
