  1. Overall, BAJA: Edge of Control is an awesome blend of simulation racing with a bit of arcade. I personally love this title.

I find myself beating the campaign just to unlock more stuff to go into freeride. The very long races are very cool and unique, and had the game been centered around these, it could have been an 8 or a 9. Otherwise you end up with a game that's very fun to kill an hour in driving all over the countryside, but is very unsatisfying when you spend the time to beat it. Full Review »

This is the best off-road racing game I have ever played. The racing genre is my favourite, so I've played a lot of racing games. TheThis is the best off-road racing game I have ever played. The racing genre is my favourite, so I've played a lot of racing games. The learning curve is definitely big on this game, as it even took me a short while to get used to it, but I'm glad I took the time because I have been having so much fun since. The physics engine is superb and just everything about this game is amazing. I highly recommend all racing fans pick this game up as its a must-have. Full Review »

Dealing with the crazy terrain is what's challenging and interesting about the game. I would most compare gameplay to Smuggler's Run, but racing instead of smuggling. The environments are massive, varied, and just plain fun for offroading. Young kids could have a blast with it because they can freeride wherever they want, for as long as they want. With that said, the single player racing mode is tough. But I really appreciate how they don't use elasticband ai to fake close racing like most games (Need For Speed I'm looking at you). Although Baja is yet another racer on the 360, I think it's one of the best, and most unique on the system. Full Review »
