  1. From start to finish, it’s a fun experience and deserves to be drafted into most gamers’ Xbox LIVE Arcade library.
  2. Fans of the strategy gaming genre will find tactical challenges aplenty as both a single-player and multiplayer offering so there’s a lot to love about this title.
  3. Everything feels crafted with care, and it's a fun and stylish strategy game.
  4. Sierra has done a great job of keeping the turn based game going at a good clip and reduced the waiting times as much as humanly possible.
  5. Does what it sets out to do well and is an accessible game that budding strategiests will be able to comfortably jump into with both feet. [Issue#31, p.117]

The game mechanics are still what you'd expect from this type of strategy game (meaning they work). It's only hampered by slow, slightly cumbersome controls, the occasional viewpoint problems of a 2D-game-in-a-3D-world environment, and some of the most sadistic Achievements seen in a downloadable Xbox Live Arcade game.
  7. Annoying rather than quirky and appealing. [Apr 2008, p.99]

Not a bad game, actual gameplay is good and it can be quite addictive. The one thing that would have made this game much better is if it had some sort of technology development system. Because of this lack depth in the game it gets a 7. Would recommend giving this game a shot, after all its ony about £5 off of xbox live. Expand

Was not feeling this game really, I go back to it from time to time because I normally like turn based games and i would like the achievements from the game haha. But it for me is really really slow and have not been willing to put the effort in to finish the game. I have not been yet stopped on the campaign by the computer but its just so slow moving that i dont wanna sit there. There is a lot of "padding" in the campaign. Collapse
