At a cost of $10, Ryder White hardly breaks the bank, but there are some really great titles to be found for that same cash. This one is necessary only for serious fans of Dead Island.

Ryder White is a good DLC. It is essential to understand background and mentality of the greatest enemy in Dead Island. If you loved the full game don't miss it.

I still count myself as a huge fan of Dead Island, but Ryder White takes too many wrong turns and strays from what made the original game what it was. Completists will surely want to see the twist ending, but more casual fans of the game don't have much reason to take this brutal, frustrating trip.

  1. Dead Island: Ryder White solo campaign was fairly well constructed. Taking you all over the island of Banoi, the campaign offers additional prospective to the player, as you experience the island prior to the outbreak. In terms of game play, it's nothing revolutionary, and I was a little disappointed in the static level, yet still receiving xp for completing challenges, to no benefit. But despite the downsides, it was a solid play, just difficult enough to keep you immersed in the game play, yet not overwhelming. A good grab for players who take an interest in the story presented in the campaign of Dead Island. Expand

  2. just don't buy this, doesn't feature a co-op, it's just not worth it. Seriously, the game was disappointing and this DLC is even worse, it really lacks of everything. Save the money Expand
