Jan 4, 201150Deca Sports Freedom is merely an O.K effort and one that fails to ignite any real passion.
-
Dec 30, 201045Sports Island Freedom introduces ten sports, including the all-time-favorite tennis, beach volleyball, dodge ball, archery and paintball. Unfortunately, as the control is inaccurate, the game quickly gets annoying.
-
Jan 11, 201140Sports Island Freedom is a bad game. This Hudson's franchise wasn't good on the Wii, and now it's really clumsy even on Xbox 360, due to its control problems. The sports selection is quite good, but the final result doesn't match Kinect Sports'.

Nov 16, 201035Stay far, far away. [Holiday 2010, p.58]

Jan 6, 201130If you were to judge the capabilities of Kinect based solely on Sports Island Freedom, you'd be likely to think the device was a horrible failure. The menu is a mess that's hard to navigate, and things just go downhill from there. The controls are awful across almost all disciplines. Get Kinect Sports instead.
-
Dec 21, 201030For some reason, I get déjà vu while I'm playing this game because surely the developers, especially Hudson would have learnt by now that games like this are not acceptable on the Nintendo Wii, especially on the XBox 360.
-
Dec 20, 201030This is an example of what not to do with Kinect, although it has two positive things: skating and archery, which are well implemented and fun sports.
-
Dec 2, 201030A collection of barely playable mini-games with dodgy physics, poor controls and not an ounce of charm.
-
Nov 23, 201030Awkwardness abounds in this messy Kinect sports collection.
-
Jan 2, 201124A hilarious attempt at a sports game that just doesn't work.
-
Dec 27, 201020A rotting, steaming pile of awful.
-
Dec 10, 201020Perhaps Sports Island Freedom is best summed up by the person I forced to help me test out the multiplayer mode. His verdict, following several long minutes of tedious menu navigation and 48 seconds of gameplay: "What is the point of this? It is appalling."
-
Nov 19, 201020Definitely one to avoid.
-
Feb 6, 201117Overall Sports Island Freedom is probably the worst game I've ever had to review. The best advice I can give you is don't purchase this game and instead purchase Kinect Sports or Motion Sports, either or will be a thousand times better and much more fun.

Dec 28, 201010At once percent per game we're being generous. [Feb 2011, p.108]
-
Dec 16, 201010Creatively and conceptually bankrupt.
