Fans of both the Dynasty Wariors and the Gundam shows are going to enjoy this title. Koei have gone out and given us a great robot fighting game.
Dynasty Warriors: Gundam 2 turned out to be a well done product, mostly on the technical side, and a quite entertaining one. The numerous game modes, as well as a plot not particularly inspired but interesting enough, guarantee an enjoyable experience, even if mostly recommended for the anime fun.
Dynasty Warriors: Gundam 2 seems like it barely takes a step forward past its predecessor. In some cases, it even takes a step back.
Dynasty Warriors: Gundam 2 is a repetitive and bland hack 'n slash experience with a thick anime coat of paint.
Really, it’s the same old story — if you like all things Warriors, buy this with confidence. If you don’t, then don’t. Easy.
The same old Dynasty Warriors formula is reused and abused yet again, and not even giant robots can save it.
