Half-Minute Hero may be "JRPG-lite," but even if you're not a fan of the genre there's plenty of great gameplay to be had. A clever game with plenty of humor and personality, Half-Minute Hero: Super Mega Neo Climax is certainly worth your time.

The game's greatest accomplishment is that these simple little tales are as effective as many full-length JRPG releases this generation.

A good way to play this quirky RPG if you don't have a PSP.

If you don't have a PSP, it might be worth checking out if the nostalgia hits you hard enough, but unless you're a glutton for punishment, I don't know how much you can find here. Oh, and if you do have the PSP version, just walk away. Take your time, no need to hurry, just walk aw-BOOM!

  1. Simply put, this game is amazing.

You can play casually and enjoy the game at a leisurely pace, or play to top leaderboards and enjoy the rus
h of an intense, reflexive puzzle/RPG hybrid. I have sunk 15 odd hours into the game so far and the game still has hours of gameplay to offer.

Great graphics (on Classic mode, the updated visuals are terrible), stellar music, insane gameplay, hilarious dialogue, a pantload of unlockables, tons of replayability, and currently just 800MS points. Discard all previous notions about the genre, buy this game, and prepare to be blown away.
