The gameplay is solid and polished, and every level is fiendishly designed. There's and endless amount of content to conquer. Ms. Splosion Man excels in every way, and it has my absolute approval.

For what could have been just another jump in a sea of platformers, this game stands out because it has personality. Don't miss this one.

It's the kind of balls-out platforming design I'll eat by the spoonful, without any of the nagging at the back of my head that I should be beating the rest of my Xbox Live friends' times instead of just having fun...It's punishing, but still so strangely addictive.

This game is a great value considering everything you get for only $10. A funny and fun title with tons of personality, Twisted Pixel has yet again shown its skill at being able to develop interesting characters and addictive gameplay in downloadable form.

Stuffed with new mechanics, meticulous level design and what I believe (with some confidence) to be the best ending of all time, Ms. 'Splosion Man excels over its predecessor in every way.
  6. Jul 20, 2011
Overall, Ms. 'Splosion Man is a great old school styled platformer that takes what the first game did great, and makes it even better. With single player being around the twelve to fifteen hour range, and multiplayer weighing in at around the same, it's a great value. And for only 800 MS Points, you can't beat it.

For every Mario-like overworld map screen and shifting platform puzzle it recycles, it sprinkles in a dash of new-age ingenuity, with fast-paced and complex obstacles, comical scientist slaughter, and laugh-out-loud '90s pop culture references.
  8. Jul 11, 2011
With all of the "just made it" moments scattered throughout the game, Ms. Splosion Man is an easy candidate for "Most Toes Curled" and "Most Butt Cheeks Clenched" awards in 2011.

If you're a fan of classic platformers, Ms. Splosion Man is going to steal your heart.
  10. Jul 14, 2011
MS. Splosion Man is again full of absurdity, character, and classic platforming bravery. Twisted Pixel creates another truly amazing videogame.

Priced at a very accessible 800 Microsoft Points anyone who enjoyed Splosion Man needs to pick this title up, and if you haven't played Splosion Man before either buy that one or just buy both, you won't be disappointed if you enjoy tough, yet rewarding titles.

A classic example of a developer polishing a great idea until it's virtually gleaming. Go get it now. [Issue#76, p.101]

    There's a ridiculous amount of content here. [Issue#113, p.104]

Every level of this platform game brings a new challenge and a new surprise and that results in an extremely high playability. [September 2011, p.75]

Ms. Splosion Man is pure fun. The sequel of the awesome Splosion Man is bigger, faster and better. If you're looking for a fun and challenging platform, this is the game for you, both in single player or with your friends.

The challenging and constantly varying level design that keeps on indtroducing new elements is an absolute joy, and given the bargain price, we have no choice but to award Ms. Splosion Man with a well deserved top rating.
  17. Jul 19, 2011
Fans of Splosion Man should purchase without hesitation, while newcomers owe it to themselves to jump, or splode, on in.

Splosion Man is back again, but this time with a female character that's going to 'change the world'. Twisted Pixel made their best work with this one, a unique masterpiece that won't turn anyone off. Just don't miss it.
  19. Jul 12, 2011
One area Twisted Pixel always excels is writing and humor. Their games are genuinely funny, and Ms. Splosion Man continues that trend, even if it does rely too much on female stereotypes.

A veritable clinic on how to enhance your game for a follow-up. Most of Splosion Man's niggling issues have been replaced with a dizzying grab bag of interesting and compelling design choices. Well done, guys.

Another excellent, thrilling platformer from the insane team at Twisted Pixel. This one is a little harder than the first, so be warned that you are in for a serious challenge. But there is more creativity packed into one Ms Splosion Man level than many other games can muster in their entirety.
  22. Jul 11, 2011
With Ms. Splosion Man Twisted Pixel took a formula that already worked and simply added more craziness.
  23. Jul 13, 2011
The sound is exquisite. Along with an inspired soundtrack featuring several original ditties (complete with vocals straight out of the 80's), the game also has terrific voicework for Ms. Splosion Man, who utters everything from Valley Girl talk to Madonna to current lines by Lady Gaga.
  24. Jul 25, 2011
Just like the original game, Ms. 'Splosion Man is well worth not only your time, but also your money.
  25. Jul 21, 2011
Ms. Splosion Man is a fantastic sequel of the original game, with some great improvements particulary on the level design. Keep in mind that this is a hardcore, frustrating and hard game; but the reward is well worth the price.
  26. Jul 13, 2011
Though the silly humor and high challenge curve could scare some players off, everyone should try one of the best downloadable games this year.
  27. Jul 12, 2011
Though the format is identical to the original 'Splosion Man, the new protagonist's sassy attitude goes a long way in making the experience feel fresh again.
  28. Nov 1, 2011
Ms. 'Splosion Man's gameplay provides a manic, engrossing, and dizzying experience. But its feel and its humour add so much more.

Thrilling level design makes Ms. 'Splosion Man an explosively fun platformer.
