Both are oozing with humour and quality. [Jan 2013, p.79]

It's great to have the chance to experience these games all over again, the world is a better place with Toejam & Earl in it.

It was always brilliant and now, in 2012, it's merely less so. [Issue#93, p.87]

Both games are perfect reproductions that add Live co-op. Sadly, though, their record-scratching soundtracks and exaggerated early-'90s urban culture have aged as well as an MC Hammer lunchbox.

It gives me no pleasure to dismantle a game that many people fondly grew up on. But in case of the ToeJam & Earl collection none of the two titles has aged particularly well.

An essential purchase for fans and a good one for anyone else who enjoys great co-op. The first game has aged especially well. With its random worlds and laid back pace it's perfect with a buddy and a few (root)beers. Full Review »
