Mar 6, 201370Serious Sam Double D XXL is perfectly suited as a fun 2D arcade game in which you have to kill countless crazy and over the top enemies. It's a Serious Sam game the fan will recognize in a heartbeat. The plot is almost non-existent, however, and there are some serious framerate drops in the coöperative mode. For a simple, explosive shoot 'em up, you will a lot of guilty pleasure in Double D XXL, though.
