  1. The multiplayer arcade action really South Park a blast to play.
  2. Realistically, you'd need to be a fan of either South Park or tower defense to get the most out of this game. If you've got an interest in either subject--or, ideally, both--there are much worse ways to spend 800 points on Xbox Live Arcade.
  3. The actual game behind South Park Let's Go Tower Defense Play! is actually good, and that’s not something you’ve probably ever been able to say about a South Park game before.

A competent game, but more of an entertaining distraction than something you will invest much time into.
  5. There's a huge difference playing this game alone or with friends. Its single player experience is not the best option in the Xbox 360 Arcade Marketplace, but this changes 180 degrees if you want it for multiplayer purposes.
  6. South Park Lets Go Tower Defence seems like a game that only fans of the cartoon will fully appreciate and to narrow that down further only those who have played similar games will enjoy this as the action aspect of the game cant hold up by itself.
  7. If you like South Park a lot, and also this kind of games, it is a good option, even for discovering this genre, but there are plenty of better ones.

This game is pretty good for arcade game because every character has their own special moves. Bosses in this game aren't that hard but its a tower defense game so I can accept it. This is that kind of game you shouldn't play it alone its most fun whit friend(s). Expand

The graphics are typical South Park with a convenient scrap book to keep track of all the game's elements. Several voices from the TV series are present along with clips from various SP episodes to give some background to the enemies. The sound effects, music and cut scenes are good. This game was really built for playing with friends, the reason becomes clear on the very first level when playing solo there's no AI. You eventually get up three other computer player companions but they do absolutely nothing unless an enemy comes within range at which point they will only lob low damage snowballs at a very minimal rate which is futile assistance. The computer players don't collect coins unless they happen to land exactly where you left them, nor will they move to engage enemies. This becomes increasingly difficult constantly bouncing between characters for the support required to succeed against a system that doesn't seem to make any distinctions between highly capable human companions and useless computer companions. The enemies are scripted which is common for TD games, however, there is clearly even a lack of effort in this key part of the game. Expand
