  1. It almost becomes a rhythm game as you perfect the block-counterattack system, especially for the boss fights. And when you aren't fighting some crazy mutant or saving the city from serial bombers, a casual swing through Manhattan at night is almost therapeutic.
  2. In conclusion, this game is for fans of Spider-Man or the super-hero genre in general. It has quite a few flaws, but the combat and the enjoyment of exploring the city more than make up for the games camera and boss combat issues.
  3. The city is not very alive, if you know what I mean. It looks like New York, but it doesn't feel anything like it.

This game is awesome, I've been having SO MUCH FUN playing it. The critics who low scored this game were way too nitpicky ciritical about minor stuff. Do they even play games? It's improved on Spiderman 2 in every possible way!!!! This is by far the best superhero video game ever created, hands down. I can't wait to finish it. Expand

Um...what happened? This is just one example of what has gone wrong with SP3. In SP2 it was a real kick to climb to the top of the Empire State and look around before leaping off to the streets below. You really felt like you were really up that high. Now you go up there and the camera doesn't let you look down like it used to, the vastness of the city is obscured by...smog? I guess. And they placed an annoying challenge icon right at the top where you want to stand and take it all in. The perfect example of improving one thing here, wrecking three things there that were already great. Obviously a company that doesn't take gamer's feedback to heart.... A real shame. Expand

What a terrible bug-ridden mess of a game. Save $60 and see the movie 6 times.
