This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Everyone says that this was a bad game.It was NOT a bad game,it wasn't boring,it was like an arcade game, the game was excellent: the graphics are good, but not Next-Gen,like everyone says. The gameplay is will get boring if you play for 1 or 2 hours, but,it was a good idea to make the game based on Sam Raimi's trilogy.Although,Venom looks better than Spider-Man 3 version. It was cool make exclusive characters for PSP,WII and Xbox 360.The PS2 has all the normal characters. The Xbox 360 has Silver Sable as an exclusive.PS3,normal characters.WII,Silver Sable, too.PSP has Electro and Carnage. It would be cool see Shocker as a playable character, but OK.The game is excellent, better than The Amazing Spider-Man Game. I am giving FoF the benefit of the doubt because it's obvious that it's geared towards a younger audience: the difficulty is low, the action is mind-numbingly simplistic and the overall vibe of the game, from the art style to the character dialogue, is juvenile--as in youthful, not immature.
  2. Spider-Man: Friend or Foe, despite being aimed at a squarely younger audience, is a very fun game despite its simplicity. It doesn’t have the depth of something like say, Marvel: Ultimate Alliance, but should provide plenty of fun for those looking for a simple brawler with characters from the Spider-Man universe.
  3. Some flashy action, a playful sense of humor, and a clean visual style bring this otherwise straightforward beat-'em-up to life.
