A decent Olympic contender. Shame about a couple of iffy control issues. [Issue#26, p.66]

There’s no excuse making controls overly complicated on a system who’s audience wants a game that’s easy to pick up and play. Recommended only for the most hardcore Olympiads.
Despite its perfectly serviceable visuals, Summer Athletics has none of that charm, putting its mistakes squarely in the spotlight.
Summer Athletics doesn't have a lot going for it. Some of the events can be fun on some level, but there are better competition games on the market. It also has some pretty big presentation issues.
Some events are decent; others are downright terrible. Multiplayer can be okay, but the learning curve is too steep for the title's intended audience.
