  1. I was very surprised at how good Ticket to Ride is and still go back to play it even after writing this review, which is a rarity for me when it comes to Xbox Live games.
  2. This actually proves pretty deep. [Issue#36, p.114]
  3. It's not a perfect adaptation of the German game it's based on, since the map can sometimes get cluttered while the nuances of the game aren't always terribly well explained, but compared to the rather flaccid likes of Lost Cities this is one of those games that hides a devilishly addictive experience under a rather bland exterior.

This is one of my favorite board games over the last few years, and this port does the job without getting in the way. It is quick and easy to learn, but there is a lot of depth to playing; there isn't too much planning on every move, like some other games so decisions can be fairly quick. Like all board games it isn't speedy, but if you want something speedy, you aren't going to be playing a video game version of a board game. I'm very much looking forward to the expansions for this game because i really like the Europe board, and the 1910 expansion. This is definitely one of the best board games in recent years and is great for the whole family, and a great introduction to modern board games to people who don't normally play them. Expand

One of the best arcade games on Xbox live. If you like board games, you'll love it. My wife is obsessed too, which doesn't happen often with games. Expand

It's quite simple: If you like board games, you'll enjoy this game. If you don't like board games, you probably won't. As an avid board game player, I think that this game is great. There's nothing like being about to play a great board game with people all over the world, or even against the computer if you feel like it. Expand
