   I want to play a role playing game, I want to play Tiger. Play a round of golf! Tiger Woods is a golf simulation. Period. It is an arcade golf experience with a bunch of role playing elements tossed in. I want to go to a Pro Shop to buy a hat that gives me more power, but they model the actual equipment instead. It's a thing of beauty. I'm tired of wasting my time with the Links franchise garbage. I gave it a 10 because the putting in this game is actually pretty good, and I would have given it a 12 if they didn't dumb that aspect down with the putt preview feature.… Expand

   Man, I don't know what the other user reviews are complaining about regarding bugs. I had heard that there was some problem with the tiger challenge uploading, but it seems to work for me. In fact, the game seems to be pretty solid. I like that they've included the Fed Ex Cup tournament thing. You wouldn't think that EA would incorporate something like that so soon.… Expand

   What happened to my Tiger? Something changed for the worse in the last year, I cant hit a ball anymore and the skill progression is messed up. The game still looks very nice and I love the amount of courses (which seem cleaner and more polished), but it feels like certain areas of the game were completely neglected - and those are the areas I play! Sheesh, the thing crashed on me three times during the challenges. Not only that but I cant get the photoface feature to work and cant get through an online game at all. This game feels hurried out the door and in comparison, there are many less gameplay features from years past. I think they underestimate their audience and think throwing more courses at us will make up for downgraded gameplay and features. Putting is too easy and I grow so tired of the un-funny dialog. The commentators are tired and I think I cant stand them anymore. The dialog is wrong more often than not. While this is the best golf game out there, that doesnt say much and will stick to last years game if I can find someone to play it with. I expected more out of the madden guys, but then again, they did also make the Superman turdball.… Expand

   How can people buy a game that last a week and then all the bugs come out, holes hanging, players disappearing. EA should come to the party as this could have been a great game, and now many people out there are waiting for a patch to fix the error(s). Very disappointing, could have been a great game, now it is money wasted.… Expand
