  1. Top Spin 2 takes everything that was great about the original and enhances it with some simply fantastic next generation visuals, adds even more depth to the gameplay and controls, delivers a comprehensive Career mode complete with sponsorship, trainers and even fully customisable bling and new rackets to buy, and provides a lag free and highly enjoyable (when you're winning!) online experience.
  2. Top Spin 2 is a fine tennis title and a game you'll have a lot of fun with off or online, but one that does little to justify its price tag, and is little more than a high def update of the original.
  3. 40
Top Spin 2 shares a lot of traits with its predecessor, but they're overshadowed a bit by the maddening difficulty and A.I. fluctuations and graphics that don't really scream "next gen."

I absolutely love this game.I've played both this and Virtua tennis 3's game. That game has more of and arcade feel and gets extremely frustrating in the world tour late in the game.Top Spin 2 just plays so realistic,I love it.I just wish that there was more mini games like in Virtua Tennis 3 game. But in the game play department This game can not be topped,I hope that in Top Spin 3 there is commentary and a much more variety of mini games.I give this game a 9.2. I was looking forward to this game more than any other on the 360. What a dissapointment. I'm a HUGE fan of the first game, and if 2k Would've just remade the 1st game with REAL next gen graphics that would've been enough for me. (Remember this game is not even made by the same studio who made the 1st one). Instead, they made it exactly as the 1st one but with lower graphical inteface. The graphics look almost like something out of the PS2. What a disgrace. And I'll tell you something: After seing the graphics of Fight Night Round 3 and being witness of the capabilities of the 360, I wonder... While the EA programmers in Figh Night may've spent countless nights polishing their game....what the f***k were the 2k people doing? Did they made this game in a rush or something? What a disgrace. And what a pathetic ending for a franchise with such high potential as Top Spin. And to think that I sold my copy of top spin 1 waiting for this one. I might just buy it back again. It's like 5 bucks in some online stores, I can play it on my 360 and It has better graphics than it's 360 attent of a sequel. Expand

Disappointing game. Player control feels clunky, not fluid at all. Graphics are decent, but the game feels like it was rushed - despite the delays. Player creation zone is the most confusing thing I've ever seen and after a few matches, you get a serious feeling of deja vu. Expand
