I was not aware of this game until now, much less that it was free. In some ways, it does not let down. In some ways, it kinda does. It your basic poker game that you can play online and use earned chips or gold to purchase new decks, table designs, chairs and even chip stacks. However, the online play is lacking, with a lot of lag. Long load times don't help much either. But because I like poker, I still enjoy it. The overall amount of enjoyment you'll get from this game depends on what you're into. If you like poker, check this out (it's free, after all). If you don't like poker, then steer clear. Expand

I really enjoyed this game when I first started playing it. You can cuztomize where you play cards and if you like poker it's a good way to kill time and it's free, which is awesome. The game would be great except that whoever coded it did a terrible job. The game defaults to feeding chip leaders cards, it's absolutely ridiculous. If a chip leader has a one out on the river they will get it 75% of the time. It's happened way too often to be a coincidence. If they could fix that the game would be great, but until that's fixed it's mostly just annoying as hell. They should call the game WSOP: Get F***** on the River Expand

World Series of Poker: Full House Pro is a well-made game. In my personal opinion it is a game that is meant to be played in a group with people you know being that in my experience I've had more fun this way rather than playing with people I don't know. In addition, a factor would be how good you are at poker, which I am not good at, you also don't have to worry about your poker face, where as you need to pay more attention to who is upping the ante and what cards you have.

Now to the graphics and sound quality. The graphics are not as important in this game as they would need to be in others. They are low to medium quality, but personally, as I said it does not concern me because it is not a necessary factor. The sound quality however is quite impressive. The announcer, the applause when you lay down a good hand, the sound of the cards when they are dealt and so much higher quality sounds. I think this deserves 7 out of 10. It could use some slight improvement with the network and matchmaking quality, and as always the reviewers tip of the day, if you review something, don't completely trash it, be honest not angry, tell them what you think of the game.

I really loved this game when I first downloaded it. All that has gone now and without fail my game freezes every 5 hands or so. Pipeworks seem either unable or unwilling to deal with this problem that a lot of gamers are also experiencing. They released a new update a couple of weeks ago and I was hoping they'd patch the problem. Nope, just some superficial stuff added on.

    I understand
that the game is free, but when you're offered something free or not, it should be fit for purpose and this game is not. Expand

  1. This gives you the thrills of playing poker with real money, without the hassle of winning real money back. Ah, microtransactions. [Dec 2013, p.91]

Laggy, best by monster loading times and charmless. [Dec 2013, p.63]
