Good varied tournaments, and its fun to see the pros in the game.
It has a great single-player game to partner with the online experience. Plus, the Digimask technology is really showcased in this title, making it a must for Xbox Live Vision camera owners.
Its AI is generally very solid, the presentation is all-around great (even if the animations don't match the bet amount in any way), and it's set up in an easy to play manner.
A full-featured online mode and excellent variety of computer opponents.
An average entry in the poker genre, there isn't anything new or groundbreaking here, some decent challenges sure, but I was left wanting more.
It's a solid poker package, but with plenty of low-cost competitors on the market, Tournament of Champions struggles to offer enough new features to warrant its price tag.
A frustratingly straightforward game to rate, courtesy of the fact that it sells for at least twice the price it should. [Issue 20, p.64]
