Its short story missions are creative and its colorful uruks are good splashes of personality, but the repetitive battles against more than a dozen Legendary uruks get old, even with the promise of new gear sets.
It’s a decent DLC, but also a redundant one. Shadow of War’s core gameplay is still entertaining, but Blade of Galadriel offers merely around three hours of new story content and no side activities apart from killing captains for legendary gear, which is moderately engaging pastime. [04/2018, p.74]

Blade of Galadriel is much more to the point, without much of the same flair -- either the good or the bad.
The Galadriel Blade is too lazy to represent a virtuous extension of Shadow of War.
Summary Play as Eltariel, the Blade of Galadriel, as she hunts the newest Ringwraith. Her epic story begins on the tower of Barad-dûr after the battle with Sauron and takes her across Mordor. Eltariel enters battle with a new dual wield combat style, new powers based on the Light of Galadriel and the ability to wield the New Ring.
