  • Summary: Experience the excitement of a night at the lanes with AMF Xtreme Bowling 2006. With six different gameplay modes, nine different enviornments and customizable character creation, the competition is always fresh and fun. Great to play alone or with a group of friends.
Score distribution:
  1. Positive: 0 out of 5
  2. Negative: 4 out of 5
  1. With gameplay that doesn't really change(you use the same A-button sequence every...single...time), AMF is inoffensive but repetitious. [Oct. 2006, p.81]
  2. AMF Xtreme Bowling is yet another bowling game that's so easy to master that you shouldn't really waste any of your time on it.
  3. The gameplay variety just isn't there; the production values are weak, and the ability to score strike after strike popped up after just a short bit of practice.
  4. Maybe it's a good thing that there's no online play - it's best to keep these ugly player models, awkward animations and irritatingly short sound loops away from the internet, where they might breed and multiply.

This is a great game and I don't care what anyone else says.
