  1. Burnout devotees will love it but this is a game made for casual gamers. There's no massive skill required, it's a terrific accessible game for anyone.
  2. Builds upon everything that was so spectacular about Burnout 3, and just takes it all to a whole new level. It's fast, gorgeous and just an absolute blast to play.

Hardly a vast leap forward for the series, but it's not a simple graphical improvement with a minor gameplay upgrade thrown in either.

Just not as good as I was expecting. The traffic checking makes the game way too easy, and messy. The track layouts border on pinball physics, while the crashbreakers only make things easier. Play the exact same courses with pretty much the exact same cars over and over, until the end. The car selection and map selection is needlessly confused to boot. A fun game in here, but it's buried under a lot of nerfing and a horrible camera. Expand

They really watered down the game with the trafic checking system and there are also problems with the camera moving outside of a wall or even my car shot through a wall into the void and outside of the level. Just not as good as Burnout 3. It's unfinished. It seems like they rushed it trying to get it out before the Xbox 360 is released. Expand
