  • Summary: Play through three stories that intersect in typical Family Guy fashion. Be Stewie and match wits against his brother and arch-nemesis Bertram as they vie to take over the world. Take control of Peter and fight to stop Mr. Belvedere who he thinks is trying to take over the world. Slip on a collar and down a martini as Brian attempt to escape prison and prove your innocence in a puppy parental case gone awry. Collapse

What's most impressive is the way a lot of humor is injected into the actual gameplay.
  2. A fun game and is well worth playing through. Unfortunately, you can play through the game in less than eight hours. While brief, most of the game plays fairly well and the quirky characters and jokes will have you laughing out loud at times.
  3. Though it gets the show's style of humor down pat, Family Guy is derailed by frustrating and uninteresting gameplay.
  4. I'll give the Stewie segments a 70, the Peter segments a 60, and the Brian stealth missions a 50. Averaged out the game would get a generous 60, but I'll give it a one point demerit for the lameness of the mini-games.
  5. The game might look great, but the gameplay is seriously lacking. Five years ago, Family Guy might have made a wave in the gaming world; today it makes hardly a ripple.
  6. I already suffered through the X-Men game this summer, so I figured Family Guy comedy would give the formula a much-needed lift. Clearly I've been betrayed, suckered into the same damn thing, and now I'm just frustrated. Family Guy has come very far in reproducing the TV experience, but doesn't get the same ratings.
  7. Most of the action is aggravating, but Brian's stealth missions are intolerable. In several of his levels, you have to steer him away from trees, or he'll lose control and make you wait while he takes a whiz.

7.5 is what I think actually. My friend gave it to me for my birthday, as we're both huge fans of the show, I didnt blow 30 bucks on it. Stewie's levels are decent fun, Brian's levels are terrible but can be good(the first newstation level was actually prettty good.) Peters are actually not too shabby. Thing is, pretty much every character made an appearance, from the evil monkey (!!!) to Helen Keller, EVERYBODY. The game is incredibly funny. Hardcore fans, buy. Normal fans, rent. Everyone else, no. Just no. P.S yes, you can fight as Peter in his prostitute outfit and as Rufus Griffin. But there are no new abilities in those outfits. Expand

It's not nearly as bad as the reviews would suggest. I liken it to Simpsons Hit n Run, except with better gags. Any Family Guy fan will enjoy playing through. It's probably more of a rental than a purchase though since there's not really much of a reason to replay it. Expand

Flat out worst game I've played in 06. I rented this game in the hopes it could at least have good humor but I was so wrong. The gameplay is god awful and worst of all the game doesn't even make you laugh. THe jokes are literally recycled from previous episodes and thrown in to the game. Family Guy the game has no positive qualities and I would be hard pressed to find something that sucked more than this game. Expand

I choose a one because I played it at my friend's house and I found it to be quite boring. It's boring because it doesn't have a lot of choices and that's my review. Expand
