  1. If your a fan of "MVP Baseball," like myself, and your looking to quench your thirst for baseball, then you've found a damn good alternative.

The DVD, Championship Moments and Pennant Fever Mode are perfect October additions and well worth the extra five bucks.
  3. I think that the "major" issue with Major League Baseball 2K5 World Series Edition is that it's too much of the same. There aren't enough changes in this game to justify a whole new game, or to justify a purchase from someone who owns the earlier version.
  4. Bonus DVD and extra modes help justify a paltry asking price that really needs little justification.

While the graphics and Presentation This game still lacks the many things that make MVP baseball 2005 from EA Sports the best baseball game. While the graphics and Presentation are great, the gameplay needs a lot of improvement to compete with MVP's near perfect pitching, hitting, and fielding systems. The new World Series features of this game don't even come close to making up for the poor gameplay. Solid, but a 7 at best. Full Review »

Very good presentation. Updated rosters and new playmodes worth it.
