  • Summary: The year is 2054 and you are Precrime Officer John Anderton, head of an elite police force division that can apprehend murderers before the crime can be committed. Everyone thought the system was perfect, until a precrime report lists you as the prime suspect. Now, you're on the run through 40 futuristic levels filled with both human and robot enemies in a mission to clear your name. With an arsenal of weapons, hand-to-hand combat skills, and a Jetpack that allows you to fly through levels, it's up to you to stop an evil conspiracy before it's too late. Collapse

  1. The seriously limited engine and weird flow between levels make what could have been a great game, just an average one. Too bad. [Feb 2003, p.73]
  2. Better than "Spiderman," but it still could have been better." [Jan 2003, p.58]
  3. Everybody runs. In the case of the lackluster 3D-adventure-cum-beat-em-up Minority Report, rest assured, they're not running to the videogame store. [Feb 2003, p.71]
  4. So the game doesn't have any real characters at all, the graphics are nothing special, and the story actually gets in the way of the gameplay... Now if someone would just make a game where these wonderful play mechanics made some sort of logical sense, we'd be cooking with gas.
  5. Joins the ranks of rushed movie-to-game conversions, with drab visuals, repetitive gameplay, and a lack of style. [Feb/Mar 2003, p.85]
  6. Disastrously shallow... The minority here is the few fans who will actually finish the game. [10 Jan 2003, p.77]
  7. There really isn't much here beyond a half-decent fighting engine and the entertaining rag-doll physics.
