  1. With only room for four players and no Live play, the party aspect of this game is somewhat limited.
  2. Something does seem to be missing in this translation, and the game seems a little sanitized.
  3. On the one hand, aside from the camera issue, it’s a solid adaptation of the board game with a unique twist. On the other hand, I still prefer to play the actual board game, and the lack of online support makes this an exclusive party.
  4. Fortunately, even if you are not able to have some human companionship, you don't have to worry about falling prey to a lack of scruples. Even on the lowest setting, the computer will not allow unfair trades for property and stands its ground when its back is against the wall.
  5. The sad thing is that, like the real game, this is consigned to be played once or twice and then put away to collect dust for half a year before being dug out again on a rainy day.
  6. 45
Not bad technically, but it just seems pointless.
  7. On a console, you're left with a classic board game and no nifty little houses to roll around in your hand and lost under the couch. [Dec 2002, p.144]
  8. We don't really need video versions that make the game ridiculously more difficult. [Jan 2003, p.80]
