This game rules it is way better than gt3 and is much more chalenging that gt3. I sold my gt3 and bought this and have not regretted it once since.

Lacks the totally integrated handling of Gt3 and not that pretty when it comes down to it but certainly my favourite XBox driving title. Lack of DTS support on UK release also a shame.

Great, Excellent, Fabulous... Just a few choice names to describe this wonderful game. True graphically it's no better than the Sony's infamouse GT3, (which is no bad thing) however, the gameplay is where this one wins out, much, much stronger, with far better AI. I could go on, but put in basic terms, get it, enjoy it and have fun...

Very good but not as long as GT3.

Graphics are overrated, they are not that great for xbox standards. Sound is very good. Gameplay is solid but has many flaws. After year one which is simple, year two is 50 times harder. RENT don't buy.

The only thing it is missing is some special effects, like dirt and particles, but hell... :) mucho bueno.

It has better graphics than Gran Turismo 3, a much better audio system in D5.1, a great car selection, wonderful garage mode, chronicle is awesome, and the main mode, SImulation, is juast as good as GT3. Haveing to repair the damage is just icing in the cake, since you can't simply bash the other cars over and over as in GT3. Handling is oh so good, graphics are superb and audio is rich (and you can use your own musics too). It deserves a 10. Expand

Houston this is a Kick Ass ride! It does need on-line player support and sounds should be more realistic, a Chevelle SS 454 should not sound like four cylinder rice burner! Otherwise I give it an 8 out of 10.

Yeah its not GT3 but it is still the best sim racing game on Xbox, until Forza comes out this Fall which will hopefully be able to challenge the GT series. There are minor things I dislike in this game but most are things in GT3 I wish Sega GT 2002 had.

An amazing racing game for its time. Great gameplay and graphics, LOTS of cars, difficulty is just right, with an optimal learning curve. Nice extra features and modes, including ice rally. There aren't many racetracks compared to the amount of cars and the engine sounds of some cars are reused several times. The default soundtrack is a matter of taste and it can also be replaced with yourAn amazing racing game for its time. An extremely well-designed, very playable game with a fair learning curve and gorgeous visuals. Well done. [Fall 2002, p.102]

A visual feast with each car modeled with incredible care. Everything from the texture work right down to the tiny car logos on the hoods is impeccable. [Oct 2002, p.110]
  3. From start to finish, it's a class act, and one that you'll obsess over for months to come. [XGamer]
