It's a very social game. This isn't a game where you'll be talking crap back and forth, nor is it a game where you'll be taking commands from a squad leader. It's a social event/game which is a lot of fun.
  2. The Xbox Live support is just the icing on a particularly tasty cake. So if you’re a Tetris fan, this is the version I recommend you check out – just remember my warnings when your dreams take a weird turn.
  3. GameNow
As an online game, Tetris Worlds works really well, and I never encountered a bit of lag. [Sept 2003, p.58]
  4. This title is already very popular on Live, but the patch would make it 10x more enjoyable.
  5. Highly addictive, partly because of the trance-like music, but mainly because it’s just so much fun. Even when it’s 3am and your eyes are bloodshot and your hand is permanently shaped like a wretched claw, you can’t help but say, “just one more time” when you finally lose.
  6. The best option for console gamers looking for some online puzzle action.
  7. Xbox Nation Magazine
No matter how many coats of polish they put on it, this is still the same game that's been around since Mikhail Gorbachev ruled the Soviet Union. [Oct/Nov 2003, p.87]
  8. The new ways to play it are creative, but most of them aren’t different enough to make you feel like you’re playing a variety of modes.
  9. The online mode is fun and can make the game last, but the offline modes are so bland and boring.
  10. Cheat Code Central
Online play is good as far as lag is concerned but you'll have to have plenty of patience finding games. At the end of each game you're knocked back into the lounge where you have to search for another game.
  11. Tetris Worlds may not be revolutionary, but it's an affordable take on a classic and offers fun online play. Yet even more affordable are the many free online PC takes of Tetris, such as Tetrinet.
  12. 48
If you already own Tetris Worlds, don't even bother with Tetris Worlds Online unless you absolutely loved the multiplayer from Tetris Worlds and can't resist showing off your skills to the Xbox Live community.
  13. Little more than an online update of a pretty dire Tetris update, Worlds simply isn't worth your cash, even if it's only 15 or 20 quid down the high street.

Fun simple relaxing game to play with the ultimate ability to listen to your own music tracks while you kick back alone or with a friend.
