  1. The boring, repetitive, annoying missions will only frustrate you. If you must drive a Mini, buy the much better (and much cheaper) Italian Job on PS1. [Sept 2003, p.121]
  2. Unlike the entries from Microsoft and Rockstar, though, The Italian Job is almost completely devoid of both flavor and interesting gameplay, and the whole thing feels like it was slapped together in a supreme hurry to cash in on the release of the film.
  3. With no map to guide you, these missions are as much fun as trying to solve a Rubik's Cube in the dark. [Aug 2003, p.86]
  4. If The Italian Job was a disease, it would surely be more dangerous than SARS. In other words, stay as far away from this game as possible.
  5. Nothing more than a crappy checkpoint racer. [Sept 2003, p.69]
  6. Aside from [the stunt mode], there is absolutely nothing else that could make this game interesting. To anyone.

This game is horrible. This is the kind of bland, unimaginative, and plain sucky game that makes you feel like you got ripped off, even though you only rented it. This game is almost as lame as those remote control cars with the wire. I'm about to go outside to use the game disc as a frisbee. Pointless. Full Review »

Brilliant game, just too short, and no replay value a fan of the films will be a fan of the game.
