  • Summary: From towering drives to picture-perfect putts, the essence of golf has been captured in Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2003. The game features plenty of challenging courses such as Pebble Beach Golf Links and Royal Birkdale. Plus, you can choose from a variety of professional golfers, each with their own strengths and weaknesses. Hit the course as Tiger Woods or put your skills up against his in a one-on-one showdown, but either way, be prepared to bring your best game. Expand

  1. Players will spend most of their time in the new Play Now mode. Here, you're given 50 scenarios where you are immediately thrown into the heart of competition. [Dec 2002, p.90]
  2. The best part of this game is the absolute depth and replay value that'll keep you coming back for more. [Dec 2002, p.128]
  3. The near-perfect control and competitive game dynamic makes this one of the most compulsive games I've played.

It's easily and without doubt the best golf videogame experience in years, and one deserving to be thought of in the same light that "Madden" is to football.

Simply, in my view the best Xbox game yet. Better than splinter cell, champ manager, panzar dragoon, even halo. The highest form of gaming fun yet published. Absolutely unmissable. Expand

Great graphics, awesome sound and the commentary is hilarious! I haven?t really done the single player mode justice, but if I ever want to play someone in a multiplayer game, then this is the first disc in the tray! The fact that you can chuck on your own soundtrack on your cd player, then turn down the game volume and just chill out gives this game a easy, play late at night kind of feel! A really chilled out game! Expand
