The theory of evolution may not apply to Tork as a character, but it should darn well apply to video games.

Platforming is my fav genre, but this one is way too bare bones, even for a discounted game. In the limited selection of platformers on xbox, this is among the worst that I've tried. It's not that it's unplayable or anything. The problem is that nothing in it impresses. How Play magazine can call it "one of the prettiest games ever", is simply ridiculous. The enemies repeat over and over. The environments are simple, bland, and don't have a lot going on in them. And the graphics look like they could be pulled off on the ps1. Mostly this game just disappoints. Tork originally looked like it would be among the xbox's best, but then it's development went into hibernation for literally years. It looks like they brought it out to finish the project as cheap as possible. The results show. Full Review »

Excellent platformer, worth 9 if you like the genre it's a non sense to give a bad rating to an excellent game just because you don't like the genre! Tork one of the best platformers. Full Review »
