  1. If I had a chance to play this during the years I was a complete Wolverine fanatic I would have passed out from pleasure overload. No kidding... This is the one of the finest comic book games to date.
  2. Controlling Wolverine during combat can prove difficult, especially when there are multiple enemies onscreen simultaneously.
  3. Deploying your special powers is motivation enough to move through the game's booby-trapped military complexes, crash sites, mines, caves, and places that look like mines or caves.
  4. The pacing is sluggish, the gameplay irritating, and ultimately it feels like Wolverine is exacting revenge on the wrong person: the player. [2 May 2003, p.79]

What can I say? Between the cool storyline and the jaw dropping strike combos, this game is a must have in my book.

Finally a decent game that just focuses on wolverine! This is a great game and the gameplay is excellent. Although some of the levels are extremely easy, it will keep you entertained for a long time. Expand

overall the game is fun, but suffers from some rather seious shortcomings that prevent this from becoming an almost-awesome game. the camera contols are terrible, as the camera will jump around like an ADD kid on a sugar rush. also, some of the dialogue is a little headache-inducing, especially in scenes that are particularily difficult and that have to be replayed a half-dozen times. but the game does offer a healthy challenge, has some neat features, and nicely balances between stealth- and brawl- action. a definite rental, and a good buy if you can find it for a good price.
