Summary
Bust-a-Move 3000 isn't exactly the most innovative disk on the block, but neither is James Brown's Greatest Hits. Why mess with success? A trigger-happy twist on the familiar matching-colors format, Bust-a-Move 3000 presents you with a slowly descending mass of different-colored bubbles. Controlling a bubble-shooting gun at the bottom of the screen, your challenge is to shoot bubbles upward. When three like-colored bubbles touch, they burst, giving you points and partially clearing the screen at the same time. Bubbles below the exploding bubbles will burst, too. You finish a level by bursting all bubbles. [Nintendo]

While it isn't groundbreaking, it is well done. The one thing that I cant tolerate though is that its only a two player game.

GameSpot
It sports a new title, but Bust-A-Move 3000 is identical to the "Super Bust-A-Move" that was released on the PlayStation 2 in 2000.

Since there is almost certainly going to be another release in the series, pass on this and get "EggMania" instead.
