Summary
Cinderella's dreams come true in Disney's Cinderella: Magical Dreams. Players relive highlights of the classic Cinderella story in this enchanting action-platform, side-scrolling game. Disney's Cinderella: Magical Dreams includes a variety of gameplay styles, so that the action can be adapted to the storyline. Throughout the game, players can help Cinderella get ready for the Royal Ball, watch as the mice go on a dangerous quest to find material to make Cinderella's dress, help the Fairy Godmother grant wishes, and ballroom dance the night away with Cinderella and the handsome Prince. When the clock strikes Midnight, Cinderella must flee the ball and the King's royal guards, as they chase her back to her chateau in an action-packed race against time. [Buena Vista Games]

The best part of Cinderella: Magical Dreams is how the game corresponds to the movie clips. Each level brings the player into the movie through interactive play and following up each level with the next scene.

Fans of any Disney Princess will adore the game, provided that they are newer to the world of video games.

The game-play potentially could have been very good, if it wasn’t for the clumsy design. The bad collision is just bad programming, and should not have made it to the finished product.

A great simple game for anyone who has ever watched and loved the Cinderella movie.

The game is only moderately difficult (and, as with most Disney games, cheat codes are included), the graphics are pretty, and you're rewarded with short clips from the movie whenever you pass a level.
