Nintendophiles
The execution just wasnt there. The entire game seemed to walk across the line between mediocre and good. The gameplay, while having the right concept, just isnt as fun as it might have been.

The game design just doesn't come together as a game with any real "fun" to it.

Repetitive and uninspired gameplay. [Fall 2003, p.45]
Cheat Code Central
One thing that Ed, Edd n Eddy: Jawbreaker has going for it is the graphics. I'm not so sure that I'm in love with them but they are very unique and posses and cartoon quality seldom seen on the GBA.
Nintendo Power
Since the characters have unusual strides, the movement can be slow and unpredictable. [July 2003, p.146]

Jacob E gave it an8:
It was an odd game: At some points it was so simple any gamer of his or her stride could complete it, but then sometimes the levels were extremely difficult. The gameplay was decent, compared to most movie/Tv-show-based games.
