Don’t get rid of your N64 yet—Mario Party is one of the last and best games you can play on the system with up to three buddies.

MP3 retains all of the wonderfully simplistic features that made its predecessors easy to pick up and tough to put down, while adding a ton of new mini-games to the mix.

Though it lacks the freshness of the earlier “Parties,” there’s still plenty of multiplayer value here.

While pure innovation may not be king in the Mario Party world, Hudson's dedication to solid, addictive puzzle gaming that makes for a wholly enjoyable multiplayer experience is apparent.

Some of the mini-games are pretty bad and the single player mode is still not worth trying, but on the whole this is a very enjoyable game.

There isn’t a single satisfying mode you can play Mario Party 3 in, and the sad thing is, all of this boredom could have been solved with one very, very simple option; let the player set the level of game animations they desire.

After spending solo time with the game, I've decided that Mario Party 3 is like that last guest who refuses to accept that the party is over.

I made the fatal mistake of trying to give the single-player story mode a chance. It's a decent way to practice, but it's INSANE as to how much watching you do.

Mario Party 3 should absolutely not be bought for the one player mode...For those that are looking for a fun multiplayer game, this one certainly fits the bill. It's easily the best Mario Party game yet with more events and mini-games than ever before.

You're better off saving your cash for something better, but if you really want a Mario-based board game, go for the cheaper - and better - "Mario Party 2."

It's awesome.

I cannot begin to begin telling you why I like this game!!!! Here's a short list why I do it's better than 1&2, the mini games, the music, and it's a game that never gets repetitive sorry this is so long:)

Michelle P. gave it a 0:
After playing this game, I felt... well, cheated, annoyed and 100% ticked off. I was hoping for an updated version that was better than the first two. Well, thank god I didn't BUY this game. The first one was fun, and had excellent music, the second one was fun, had excellent music, and was adventurous. The third one was none of these. What a disgrace to nintendo.

B. S. gave it a 4:
Chick game alround sissy games, sisy challenges, and a way more than a sissy price. (the so called hard mode can be beaten by a blind folded chimp gauranteed.)

Alex D. gave it a 10:
1&2 are nothing compared to this one!

Jerrod B. gave it a 10:
I like the characters but my favorites are the Princesses: Peach and Daisy:)

Richard S. gave it a 10:
It stinks...Right? Wrong! It's da best game ever!
