Happy Puppy

It's a shame that the developers didn't polish "Rally Challenge 2000" a bit before they sent it out the door, because it has a really cool racing engine at its core.

It's not a miserable game by any stretch -- the bad fogging can be worked around, the sad audio can be drowned out without missing anything, and the lacking tracks are at least true to the sport.

Although the actual car models are quite nice, the N64's infamous fog--which makes for about 10 feet of visibility, even in sunny conditions--and the blurry, washed-out textures undermine the game's few good points.
