Cheat Code Central
It's a good game for players looking to get into the genre and it's perfect for potential vacationers looking forward to taking their first cruise in the upcoming months.
GameZone
With a name like Carnival, there should be more fun to this title. More building options, decorating choices and a sense of humor are needed to elevate this game above the ordinary.

Island Hopping is beset with problems that leave this tycoon game out to sea... The developers would be wise to give players more power and control, as well as more options.

A lack of features and plenty of long, boring downtime run this tycoon game into an iceberg. [Nov 2004, p.94]
