Completely new game elements, e.g. laser and lightning generators. Revised common game elements with a lot more possibilities. A new game physics model with destroyable and deformable objects. Game Chronicles
Crazy Machines 2 is a great game and a fun way to spend some time relaxing and puzzling through a few obstacles on the wall. Crazy Machines 2 also has a great fan based puzzle download section so there is plenty to do after you complete the levels of the career mode in building your own or puzzling through other peoples crazy machines.

Overall, I can easily recommend Crazy Machines 2 to parents, physics geeks, folks who enjoy intellectual challenges, and my fellow asylum refugees.

Addictive. [Sept 2008, p.74]
Gaming Nexus
Puzzle solvers might be left cold by things like online Sudoku considering that it is no more interactive than the ones printed in the newspaper. For them, Crazy Machines 2 offers a type of interactive puzzle solving not available anywhere else.

Crazy Machines 2 as a whole delivers a certainly interesting experience.

Momentarily entertaining clicky clunky puzzling, but lacking enough real imaginative freedom to make it truly essential. [Sept 2008, p.110]
Multiplayer.it
Crazy Machines 2 is the perfect game when you are tired to play the usual fps, rpg and so on. Funny and entertaining, a logical game like this fits every kind of players, and last but not least is possible to share online our projects with the other players around.

If you were one of those weird kids who enjoyed solving geometry or physics puzzles in school then you might dig this game. It's nothing new, but the core gameplay mechanics are solid.

A dusty laboratory of puzzling complexity. [Oct 2008, p.91]
LEVEL (Czech Republic)
Too much deadwood for a simple puzzle-game. Absolutely useless story, some puzzles can be solved only by trial and error. In search for realism developers somehow forgot that the game should be fun in the first place. [Sept 2008]

Emerson gave it a0:
This game is worthless if you bought it off Steam. My computer can support it with no problem if the game would load without corrupting itself.
Bill S gave it a9:
For those who loved The Incredible Machine, Yes, that wacky old puzzle game that's been remade several times, Welcome to the newest remake of it. Sure its not a shiny new concept, but this will run on Vista and the original Incredible Machine does not.. although it was on my xp until it fried.
