Meristation
The game is, obviously, the same as before, but the new features make this expansion pack worth your money.

Cheap as Chippewas and twice as brutal. Only the history-mangling compromises let The Warpath down. [Christmas 2009, p.92]
Strategy Informer
Warpath is a cheap and cheerful add-on for a great game. It’s not compulsory and doesn’t bring any benefits over the main game that players can’t get for free in the latest patch. If you like it, great, if you don’t think it’s for you, then there’s no point in losing sleep over it.

The Warpath Campaign is an add-on with interest only for those who loved the Empire: Total War original and kept asking for more.

The Warpath-Campaign is an entertaining amusement for Total War fans, who can no longer await the release of the Empire Add-On Napoleon.

A good quality-expansion that refines the experience from the original game. Perfect for anyone who wants to realise their imperialistic desires of conquering early modern America.

Take the brilliant Medieval 2: Total War - Kingdoms and divide it by four - that’s The Warpath Campaign for you.

It's a cheap addon for Empire: Total War and doesn't offer much. In the new campaign you're fighting five native Indian tribes and after just five hours you've seen everything it has to offer.

Clement C gave it a4:
I loved and really love Empire Total war, but i feel like this add-on was not really good at all. first, we could only play the 5 natives nation on it, and no other factions. i wish they would have unblocked the minor nation of the first title instead of coming with a new map with only 5 options. Medieval II add- on was way better. They probably laid off some of their employe to come with this thing... i would have preferred to 20-30 $ for a good one than 10 $ for a really bad one, just a waist of money. Please next time don't come with any add on rather than a lousy one, or at least try to consult ETW players prior to the relese!
