Adventure Gamers

This is the kind of game that will have you showing up a bit bleary-eyed at work, because you couldn’t quite bring yourself to stop playing late into the night.

Quandary

Traitors Gate is challenging and interesting to play, especially for fans of hi-tech gadgetry, though perhaps it is not for the easily frustrated.

Nicely designed, having all the best elements of adventure gaming: detailed prerendered scenes, stunning and accurate looking cut scenes, a well-developed storyline, and puzzles that are thought through.

As I stayed with it and progressed through the obstacles, I found this taut adventure to be really gripping, with an expanding range both diverse and enjoyable and I wanted to come back to it over and over again to make it to the end.

This game is very challenging, ill give it that but if you dont have a walk through for it the game can take forever! There is way too much disk swapping and the graphics and music is pretty choppy. There are too many objects that you have to pick up and too many places to go. But with all of that aside its sort of an addictive game and it keeps you wanting to play some more.

This game is great! I dont know what you all are thinking when you say its bad. Its the only game hat has the cool environment and the endless pathways. Also, the puzles are actually realistic unlike Schizm and Myst. Overall, a great buy!

William w. you are a wimp, the graphics might be good but the gameplay is completly broken, its slow, and hard, admit it is a bad game, a friend gave to me but I had to destroy it!

This game is awesome! It has good graphics,doesn't have corny music like other games. What Ginger L. said isn't true, she obvioesly doesn't know how to save the game because when I die I load from the saved place. The manual told you to save alot. And what Paul M. is true it's hard but that doesn't mean it's a horrible game, he must be a bad video game player. Garry B. must have a horrible computer because it doesn't freeze on my computer. And you can place the DRU unit , you are probobly putting it in the wrong place. I think Paul M. , Ginger L. and Garry B. are complete quiters.

I played just the demo and it's simply amazing,but i cut off one mark because i couldn't find it anywhere in my country(India).

This game lacks the ability to interact with the environment and lacks an overall focus and plan (other than replace the jewels). It has many bugs. It freezes frequently. Some of the needed actions can't be done (can't place DRU unit, can't remove Perspec covering to access secret panel, etc) Overall, I was quite disappointed with this game and would not purchase another by Daydream Software.
