Although the game is lacking in the audio department, the game's depth is what makes it special. For die-hard Nascar fans, I would give two thumbs up in buying this title.

Cant live up to its big brother on the PS2, but dont let that stop you from playing it, especially if youre a NASCAR fan. Its fun, exciting, and very playable, but its hard to keep people whove seen the Sistine Chapel to appreciate graffiti.

Steering becomes a problem even in analog. The least little movement of the analog stick jerks the car to the side.

Save your money for a PS2 and a copy of Thunder for that system. It's worth it. [Jan 2002, p.146]

It's a good game, U spent a lot of my time with it and it's worth, you learn by example even thought the most are ovals, all ovals are different. Moreover the champinoship you can do it other things, get all thunder cards.
