After a bit of practice and familiarizing myself with the songs I started having a lot of fun with Disney’s Sing It. If you know the songs, or like catchy pop tunes, you will most likely enjoy playing it too.

The songs are catchy and even I found myself humming them days after playing, but it will not replace any of the more mainstream karaoke titles.

Disney Sing It is a fun game for kids that are super into the Disney Channel. However it really is lacking in the song department, even for the subject matter.

Disney Sing It unfortunately doesn’t make a very good karaoke game because of various mechanical and design issues, but with its sound list of popular Disney pop tunes appealing to the Hannah Montana and High School Musical crowd, it certainly does fine as a karaoke disc.

Happy, sunny, cheesy singing fun. [Feb 2009, p.89]
Official Xbox Magazine
At best, Disney Sing It is a gateway game to Rock Band or SingStar for Disney Channel devotees. [Dec 2008, p.92]

If you love this music, go ahead and buy this game in spite of the score below; you’ll love it. Just don’t ask us to sing along unless you found that video we were talking about.

All together though, Disney Sing It! is a pretty lackluster attempt at a Karaoke title, and while I can accept that the music isn't geared towards me in any way, the actual gameplay is pretty broken, and trying to match the pitch becomes nearly impossible at times, really taking away from the fun.

It's the game part of this game that stinks, and the rest of it should have just been a DVD.

Jimmy T gave it an8:
Its pretty simple really. If you like Disney Channel songs, and you like to sing along to them, you will love this game. If you don't, then this game isn't for you. Ignore other peoples stupids comments about Disney miliking people or that all karaoke games don't work (!?),
Tom B. gave it a3:
C'mon get real people. Disney just wants to milk every last penny out of kids and this is just an example of one. Like most kareoke games, you can do basically anything into the mic and it will nail the note. if you've played boogie.... thats wut im talking about. Anyways the only reason it gets a 3 is because.... 1. It shows a picture on the screen. 2. It has Music. 3. Welll thats hard to think of.... oh i know it can be played with 2 ppl at a time... Please notes: these are not good things about the game they're just things that gain it a point for the review.
Hagen M. gave it a10:
This is seriously the best music game of all time. Never before has a music game had such an amazing tracklist consisting of Raven Simone and The Jonas Brothers! Guitar Hero and Rockband need to play catch up now!
