At times engaging and at others frustrating, but still sporting a striking visual design, Fuzion Frenzy is worth a rental for your next party or to check out for an eventual buy.

Hands-down the best party game out there. None of the fluff or simplicity of "Mario Party," and bigger, brighter game concepts than "Crash Bash."

Just the fact that this game has such variety in a limited genre is more than enough reason to give this game a spin. It's interesting to see how they jazzed up party gaming.

Fuzion Frenzy is actually worth playing with your friends. Not just for laughs either, but for the entertainment value. It's hard to believe, I know. But this game is a blast.

Fast, furious, four-player party action that satisfies the old-school gamer and casual gamer alike. [Dec 2001]

Fast, fun, and graphically pleasing. It's an awesome party game, and it's shortcomings in story, character choice, voice work, [and] single-player mode can't change that.

After the initial love wears off, you will find it harder and harder to get the passion back—unless you’re playing with 3 others.

Unfortunately, if you don’t often host gaming sessions with your buddies, you won’t get the same satisfaction competing against AI bots, especially with the lack of a reward system.

It works in an amateurish sort of way, and it makes for a fun, yet thoroughly unimpressive title.

This isn't the kind of game that will hold your attention for an hour, and if you have that much time to kill, there are plenty of other games out there to be enjoyed, both solo and multiplayer.

Good but unspectacular graphics and above-average sounds almost forgive the simple-but-clunky controls.

There are three AI settings, but 'easy' is little more than an excuse to explore the game types without any real competition. 'Medium' and 'hard' pit you against 'way too hard' and 'next to impossible' opponents, respectively.

Can be fun for short periods of time. The longest game will last about 45 minutes, at the end of which you'll have little desire to come back for more.

The majority of the mini-games are terrific fun, but it does mean that playing this game solo isn’t nearly as enjoyable as playing it with friends.

What keeps FF from being a truly superb game are the vague onscreen instructions and the confusion that often results from cramming too many special effects onto the screen. [Jan 2002, p.26]

Alice B. gave it a6:
very fun to play with friends who don't really play good games and fun to play at parties but it's not very good by itself.

Gav C. gave it a 10:
People who rated this, 7 or under, obviously have no friends, and havent enjoyed this game, this game is hilariously funny, and great to play with friends, everybody i have played this game with, have loved it! buy it , its very good.

J Harris gave it a 7:
Exactly as advertised, a fun party game providing a pleasant diversion for guests with a short attention span, but not something to keep you busy for hours on end. Worth $20.

Rob gave it an 8:
Scott you douche get some friends and play the game, you will like it then.

Gabor A. gave it a 4:
A good way to waste 30 minutes. And when i say waste i do mean waste (especially mentally), but in a fun way.

Scott W. gave it a 0:
Err... this is a game? I thought is was a method of torture?! This was the first game i ever played on the big Box in Game and if you ask me it has scared the Machine for ever. Its no wonder Xbox was no good at lauch with such terrible titles as this. Any1 daring to call this good should be shot repeatably until they look like something out of Doom!

Lucky Dog gave it a 10:
Best party game ever. But play a small section of it before buying. Or just buy it. At least thats what i did. Now i can throw my friends into abysses and watch them hit their heads with a dhunk! sound.
