This has to be the first movie since Hitlers propaganda movies in the 40's to depict an entire civilisation (Persian) as subhuman. Way to go guys... so the "ragheads" are demons and goblins now. Was the shock and awe not effective enough? You know what this movie needed! Terror Alert:High

300 is a movie I saw, I appreciated the look of the movie, and a few scenes were pretty memorable, but after I finished it I really had no urge to see it again. Even for just silly escapist entertainment for me there needs to be more depth than there is here. It's just a bunch of macho warriors screaming about war, preparing for war, and making war, and never did I really care about the outcome, never was I the least emotionally involved. Frankly for certain stretches of the movie I was bored. Expand

"300" is just a massive cliche movie that has so many gaps as well as racism (Persian Asians are show to be fragile while white Spartans are depicted to be strong and muscular). Then why I enjoyed it? No particular reason, but I'm just impressed that Zack Snyder skillfully maneuvered the **** up movie till the end.

This is nothing unless humiliating the great nation and empire of Persia. What a world we are living, some people(Hollywood) change the history to earn lots of money, while some others simply watch and say what an interesting movie, without thinking about its accuracy. This movie shows that Persians are cruel. Have you ever studied their culture and history? Cyrus the great, was the funder of Persian empire under Achaemenid dynasty. He made the Cyrus Cylinder the world's first charter of human rights, based on the text written over this cylinder he was expressing Cyrus respect for human. HOW THESE PEOPLE CAN BE BRUTAL???? Shame on people who made this movie. Expand

I saw the movie last night , i think it was very slow movie and it had a lot of historical problems, because i studey history i would like to mention some: 1-persian kings apprearance is very different then what it is in history,in history all the persian kings had a long bear and wearing special clothes but in this movie persian king is NUDE!!without bear and like homosexuals!!hanging rings from his body its completly and exactly wrong!you can search in internet and see(its persia not maya) 2-in the movie the armies of persia is consisting of many models but none of them was persian model for soldiers!!there was sth like samurais in japan!and arab soldiers and creatures and.... but none of them were persian soldiers that is in historises imagination! 3-in museums we have the coins of xeres go and see the diffrence in movie for coins!!(i think the director has confused between persians and maya nation!!!) and it was interesting that soldiers of sparta were fighting with luagh is it funny fighting a big army with just 300 soldiers? I think people from persia will protest this film just because of it gives very wrong imagination of persia Expand

This movie is way too overrated. Everyone just talked so much about it that I had to watch it myself, and I found it disappointing. All I could see was some few scenes of nudity and endless nonsense violence. People fighting, hacking, slashing, piercing, and that's all I can remember whenever I think of this movie. It doesn't have a notable plot, just endless nonsense fighting. I don't know about you, but that's just not enough to make me enjoy a movie. The costumes and the graphical area were great, but that's all. I even found it funny that all of the Persians had to be pierced, deformed or ugly freaks in some way while the Spartans were all strong men with sculpted bodies and high morals. That's just disrespectful to Persian people. Spartan women are shown as beautiful, moral and full of rights, while the only Persian women that appear in the movie are nude dancers. Actually, it should be taken into consideration that Persian women had a lot more political/social/economical rights than Spartan women, but despite of that, in the beginning of the movie, they make it sound like the Persian women were mistreated and the Spartan women had many more freedoms. Oh, and of course, let's all remember that the film is REALLY distant from the historical facts. It wasn't just 300 men fighting there, and the Persian army wasn't made of "millions", no ancient army could be so big. Sparta was nothing like freedom or democracy, despite of whatever this movie shows. I think it is just another propaganda tool to denigrate Iranians and the eastern people, and show the west as the moral, "good", and democratic system, that has to fight the "evil", tyrannic and immoral eastern forces. Although the historical accuracy i terrible, this is not exactly what you watch a film for in the first place. If you wanted accuracy you would watch a documentary, the film is however amazing, the fight scenes are epic, the music awesome and the cgi superb.

Enjoyed this flick. Thought the visuals were great. Not sure why folks didn't like the acting. Sure I doubt that the Spartans went to battle naked as they were, but then I also doubt that wolves had glowing eyes back. It's called 'imagination'. Use some. All in all good movie.

please! if someone is making a movie , it has to be representing the whole true face of that nation. we are not here to restate the histrory as 300 is trying to do. characters are not and not representing anything but a false idea about the persians and their nations, if u read the history you will see what i am saying, a movie has to be based on reality not a personal view of what u think or what u want other ppl to think. Welcome to Republican fascism presented in the form of a video game. Everyone who is colored, gay, ethnic, different or pierced is evil, and all the white guys are good and majestic. They imply the Spartans were different from the "Athenian boy lovers." In truth, the strength of the Spartan army was bulstered by the ultimate loyalty and courage produced when fighting side-by-side your lover. The Spartans were as homoerotic as any of the ancient Greeks, but they simply focused that energy on war and combat. This film is frightening in terms of the future implications of Hollywood action genre storytelling. Where have the great action films like the original Die Hard and Terminator gone with decent characters and intriguing story lines? Expand

300 gave me a total adrenaline/testosterone rush from watching well-oiled, bronzed, nude-torsoed men with rippling muscles and six(teen)-pack abs put their lives on the line to preserve the liberty of their city-state. Never a dull moment. And oh, the gore and blood splatter - they made it almost artistic and sure stirred my blood lust! Very visceral, with slo-mo used to great effect in the fighting scenes. Expand

great imagery set out to top the more recent historical movies like Alexander, which was a horrendous movie. Although 300 will not be exactly historically on the ball, it will be a success- that will portray a battle from over 2000 years ago in an au courant fashion.(almost 3000 years ago .)

An incredible graphic novel adaptation. Frank Miller truly knows how to create an entertaining movie. Zach Snyder's direction and the post-production put into this movie make it as visually beautiful as "Hero." If you are looking for a historically accurate movie, watch a documentary on the Battle of Thermopylae, because you will not find it here. A stylized depiction that reminds me to never forget the real warriors who died to save everything they valued. Expand

You know a movie is good is when the only people who don't like it either support a country who denies the holocaust, works for the AP and/or can't realize that history is full of heroes and villians. This movie doesn't single out a culture it singles out an event in history that is both brilliant and compelling and adds some hollywood flare to bring in the money.

this film is one the most visually beautiful films i've ever seen in my life. its more epic then braveheart, more violent then the matrix films, and about as historically accurate as pearl harbor (by far one of the worst films i've ever seen). the violence is very prominent but stylized and entertaining in a way that makes it matter of fact (as opposed to purposeful a la Schindler's List; what i thought was a very violent film). the love scene is shot in such a way that you fall in love with the couple; in a way so you believe in their love (the essence of all love making is the expression of such; its an entirely different thing to exude that feeling visually...quite impressive). is the film campy? yes and no; this is how we believe they would talk and look and feel. we all watched braveheart and thought, 'ya that's how they'd talk and act and live etc.' b/c we look at that time period as dark and unsophisticated. we look at the greeks at socialized and understandable and that's what we get. it is definitely a love or hate film, i don't think there is an in the middle with this one nor do i think you can blame someone for hating or loving it. its one of those films that you see and think one of two ways; 1. amazing, beautiful, epic or 2. gratuitous, spacious, pointless. and depending on what your expectations were is where you'll sit. a note to those that have not seen the film: expect a violent, fast paced and action driven film not a historical, slow, plot/dialogue drive piece. I think it's a sad state of affairs when we take a movie of genius proportions based on a graphic novel (something alot of you do not get, a freakin' comic book for god sakes) and only give it a 53. The movie is visually stunning, and the actions sequences contain some of the most intense battles I have ever seen in a war movie. 300 is great for people who like a lot of blood and gore and violence. The plot is a little iffy, but stays true to Frank Miller's vision. The film is not supposed to be an accurate interpretation of the battle of Thermopylae, but is supposed to follow what Frank Miller put into his comic book. The plot is not the most enticing plot ever conceived, but from what I have seen, the action sequences, beautifully made scenes, and moving words more than make up for it. This is definitely a movie worth watching, so I will give it a 10. Expand

Well i had been waiting to see 300 for some time and i finally saw it. I enjoyed it yes, but admittedly i did walk away feeling somewhat less satisfied than i thought i would. The visuals were brilliant, action second to none, and im sure so many oiled, well chiseled bodies have never graced the screen at any one time. But i think that the somewhat second rate script, and at times sub-par acting took something away from it in the end. To be sure it was an enjoyable 2 hours. Dreck in CGI. Great visuals alone do not make a good movie. The visuals were GREAT but damn, that story wasn't even compelling. I mean even if it does parallel the lunacy of the Bush administration's propaganda and ill will, it wasn't even as interesting as an Ann Coulter tirade. It's a mythic story retold from the muddled psyche of a middle class white boy's wet dream: a tad too eager and all too wet. It wasn't about heroism; it was about cultism. I kept laughing at all that Marines macho posturing, the repug mugging and the crap about going to war to save families. Please. This video game was a little too expensive to watch a bunch of people with white teeth and six packs turning toward the camera to yell "Sparta!" or "Freedom!" and tear through their opposition with some of the laziest choreographed violence this side of Jackass. Maybe if I cared if they won I'd be more impressed by the delightful arterial sprays decorating the screen as if the Spartans were just slicing through sides of beef. Just once couldn't someone yell: "Sparta! _u_k Yeah!" ? No, this is a serious piece of dramatic cinema. It's in the teeth. Every decade needs a Rambo I guess. Expand

The MetaCritic review system is way wrong. For some movies they show only the good reviews and for some movies they show all the bad ones. "300" is the case for the bad ones. They didn't include E!Online or Chicago Sun Times which gave it an A and A- meaning in the 90's. Seattle Post gave it a B+. An 83 isn't a B+. For more comparisons go to: http://movies.yahoo.com/movie/1809262865/critic For the movie history wise, it is very inaccurate. The Persians was the only empire who called their kings, kings of kings, not gods as referred to in this movie. The Persians were also the first to start freedom of speech, religion, and freedom itself. THE MOVIE: The movie is very good. The cinematography was amazing. Every scene, every shot was taken with skill. The sound and visuals add even more to the experience. Very well done. The acting was exceptionally done by Gerard Butler and the Spartans, but some other characters were a bit off. The sex and nude scenes though did seem a bit too forced. Also, Xerxes did look a little gay. Xerxes in the movie is portrayed by a Brazilian actor which doesn't make any sense at all. Beside Xerxes had a beard. Overall the movie is very good and I recommend anybody who still hasn't seen it to go and watch it while it's still in theaters. Expand

ok, the formula should've been awesome Matrix style+Gladiator story and action, but what did it =? the worst cliches of both movies. what was the deal with the guy from the wire ass humping the queen? i was really put off by that. then i was expecting for some serious action. instead i got matrix slo-mo and speed ups but nothing really sank in. the only times i thought it was cool was when there were a ton vs the 300. and those moments were short lived and never realized in their supposed "glory". not to mention a lot of dude roaring like they're being assfucked, and one pussy crying about his son getting decapitated. wasn't that guy supposed to go apeshit and slaughter like 1,000 guys? no, he fuckin died. just like the king who bowed down before that persian fuck, and then you know. got killed. oh yeah. the persian guy realized he wasnt "God" because he could bleed. great. all i saw in this movie was the 300 winning a bunch of battles, but losing the war. for the ending? i could care less if that cyclops pixie dude from the lord of the rings dies. this movie had nothing to go for it except for a few moments of leading the viewers on to thinking it was gonna break out into a bloodbath and then you know... nothing. just like the movie as a whole. ill be sure to steer clear of a sequel. i mean, they're making a Sin City 2, (which sucked for similar reasons), im sure they'll bank in on the testosterone of a bunch of adolescent guys that dont realize that nothing actually happened in the movie. I'm Greek and I found this movie quite interesting... *SPOILERS FOLLOW* I have read the comments and reviews submitted from the other users and I have to say that most people are quite ignorant either in regards to the movie or to the history of Thermopylae. This movie was not made to offer a historical account of how things happened and as such one can find a lot of inconsistencies. I read a comment about the Spartans being savages and worthless (LOL!) now how can they be worthless and victorious at the same time (although they were all killed this was a HUGE strategic victory) I do not know. I have to say though that there is a tendency in this movie to portray the Persian army as decadent and weak but I think this serves as a method to contrast the two civilizations and their strengths and weaknesses. For example the Spartans were exceptional in hand-to-hand combat while the Persian army relied on archers and cavalry (including chariots).Furthermore, the Spartan soldiers wore heavy armour and carried large round shields in contrast to their opponents who wore expensive jewellery and bright coloured garments -to impress their adversaries with their wealth- and light armour (their shields were made from some kind of bamboo). Both civilizations were equally magnificent (in my book) and the fact that the 'immortals' are portrayed as deformed people is outrageous. Further to that the Persian army had no ogres and goblins (lol) and I do not think they brought any elephants or rhinoceros to fight the Spartans. The side story with the Spartan queen being 'raped' is 100% BS - if there was ONE place in the world at that time where women had power and were respected (sometimes even more than men) that was Sparta...I cannot imagine any woman being raped in Sparta let alone the QUEEN! Since the movie is based on a COMIC BOOK I believe it was wise to use a CG environment and give it a gleam tone so that it will look like a comic. The fight sequences are very impressive and I think this is a very good action movie overall. Expand

Really? a 51? There is no realm of reality in which this movie deserves a 51. The movie has everything you could want, awesome action sequences, great special effects, and an intriguing narrative which never gets boring. Admittedly, the story, which recounts( an all be it somewhat exaggerated version of) the Battle of Thermopylae, has a political, and at times even racist or homophobic, undertone which may alienate some viewers, but if you can get past the obvious West vs. East political parable, 300 is a great movie which does not dissapoint. Completely overrated film. All the haters don't understand the point of the film, which is sacrifice for good. I don't see any reason to call it homoerotic or racist. There's nothing gay about it, and it isn't saying that the Persians where cowards. This is from the Spartans perspective, and that is what the filmmakers where trying to portray. A relatively good movie. It's good for the fights and such but the love between the main dude and his queen is kind fake. The emotions other than bloodlust or other similar feelings are all kind of fake. The slow downed fighting is alright. You should give it a try or a rent. Completely fantasy history, just in case you were looking for a good representation of the Battle of Thermopylae.

Beautiful, unique, ground-breaking, courageous, stirring, one-of-a-kind. I believe that there should be a law that prohibits any critics' reviews until the film has been out a week. "300" made nearly half a BILLION DOLLARS, world wide, and won several awards, and that was before it came out in DVD.

When I first sat down to watch this movie, I didn't have high hopes for it. Reading other reviews, I imagined it to be an over-hyped, internet meme inspiring, dull action flick. Was I right? Sort of. 300 is not a bad movie. It certainly could have been better no doubt, but it isn't bad. The action is good though there is many an overuse of dramatic slow motion for the simplest skirmishes. The story manages to make itself known, but isn't paid enough attention. I didn't love this movie when I finished it, but I was content with it. As a cult movie, it's great but as a Hollywood action flick, it lacks. Not bad but certainly not fantastic. Expand

This movie was historically inaccurate and lacked character development and overall quality. Sure the battle scenes were fun but the violence was excessive and most of it was unnecessary. 300 was filmed to amuse today's youth who are becoming more and more violent due to movies/games like this. A typical teen viewer is blinded by the well done special effects and battle scenes to see this movie for what it really is. Expand

A visually exciting film adapted from Frank Miller’s graphic novels. Not dissimilar in colouring techniques to Sin City. It had a somewhat bleak feel to it. The plot was slightly too esoteric for my liking but it remains the best of a flurry of “epics” from that period. The acting was nothing special. Neither was the plot. It really did lack in substance. I have to say, I found it vaguely homoerotic despite being heterosexual myself. This is a film that girls and guys can enjoy for very different (or perhaps the same) reasons. The battle scenes are violent (obviously) but not hugely realistic. The Spartan fighting men are muscular and airbrushed. This and the fact that it is a visually interesting film, gets it a 6 out of 10 from me. It doesn’t deserve anything more but it doesn’t deserve anything less either. Expand

300 is an action movie that takes heroic action back to the Medieval times. Its about the legendary 300 Spartans who stood against the might Persian army. A lot of people complain that this movie is very inaccurate historically. That is partly true however there were some parts in which the movie was historically accurate. The Spartans really did throw out there kids and they really did give them brutal training they really did grow up in a world of violence. However the the movie was inaccurate in some of the battle scenes. There weren't really trolls the Spartan soldiers did were armor on their torsos and the famous line ''we will fight in the shade'' was not said by after a Spartan sliced off a Persian army however the arrows did block out the sun they got that part right. No doubt about it this movie is hard core except for the end were the king went soft. The battle scenes were very satisfying to watch. The story is enough to keep you interested in what will happen next.however if its the historically inaccurate content that deflects your interest away from the movie than watch a documentary or something. This movie was not intended to be historically accurate. There is some content that they just didn't need to put in there but if you want some graphically realistic movie than you've come to the right place. Over all this movie is worth watching if you a fan of action movies. the acting was good and its a good movie overall. Expand

This movie isn't about showing the actually war, it was just a cheap way to make money by violence, and naked women, if you want to see a good action movie watch Die Hard, Spiderman, or anything else, overall this movie is a insult to action movie, and to the 300 Spartans this movie is base on.

Great film, very well made, it is more than just blood and gore. This film showcases integrity, honor, doing the right thing, something that is missing in the predominantly leftist media. The situation we are facing from terrorism and how the left and democrats deal with a threat is so well displayed in the actions of the Spartan politician who sells out his homeland to the Persians.

The only reason I'm giving 3 are for the visuals. It worked as a graphic novel because you create the ambience in your imagination, and it just wasn;t replicated here. Unfortunately the script and Zack Snyder's characterisations were underwhelming at best. I must say my girlfriend loved it, albeit for the obvious reasons.

Mindless violence masked as a deep storied action movie 90% of the movie was slow motion so there is just about half as much actual film presented For how many Persians are in the battle and how close of quarters they were fighting in, the battles were far too spacious I don't know how people think that some unshaven man screaming "This is Sparta!!" and kicking someone is so cool and, thusly, should be applied to everything in life Everyone bought into this cheap attempt at a real action movie and it's very irritating to hear people, primarily those who give off an aura of intellectually lacking, say this is the best movie ever. I really looked foward to this movie, and what i got was 4 scenes of nudity, 3 scenes of fighting, 15 scenes of really good puch lines and dialogue, thats it. Did i mention how claustrophobic i felt through out the whole movie. Every single scene was rushed, nothing was ever open-ended, I was expecting something as grand and some what meaning full as Gladiator,(hell even Kingdom of Heaven was better), but what i watched was fast pasted nothing. I'm very sure fanboys will eat this sh!t up, but i really thought it was a saturday cable movie. Nothing ground breaking, nothing instesting, just abs and t!ts, oh and some stabbings. The one thing i did enjoy in this movie was the wonderful costume design and the score, the music really tried harder than the pictures in this film. Overall the low score is deserving(even Halo has more emotional moments than this), I can't really get over how people are comparing this to the Matrix. Wow a huge let down, i'm really not looking foward to any Zack Snyder films. What a brilliant idea, too bad, it got caught up in an MTV, HBO type style of film. By the end of the movie i was waiting for the two parties, the Iranians, i mean Perians and the Americans, damn, i mean Greeks, to whip out machine guns and start shooting, sadly this never happened! I thought this was an utterly inspiring and moving film from start to finish. Sure it was highly interspersed with CG, holding it that much further away from reality, but do we go to films to watch straight cut- to- screen believable themes? Not all the time. It didn't dally about with crap, it cut to the point and no, it didn't leave much to the imagination but it didn't have to. It laid everything out for you to just enjoy. The musical score was moving, the visual lighting set the right mood -harsh, aggressive, dark and powerful. As a woman, the visuals never suited me any better. The sad thing is, these type of men actually don't exsist in real life. Ones who are willing to fight for their right to live, for their people and their country. These men have no fear and real honour in themselves, who could ask for more? The fact that it was set in a time before guns and nuclear weapons is a breath of fresh air too, the violence in it didn't make me want to throw up like so many modern day "action films" try to make their audience do. I'd see this film over most of the rubbish currently airing, if i wanted to see another will ferrel movie i'd have myself committed. 300 is highly enjoyable, send a few Spartans round to my place any day. This movie is the perfect action movie. While the storyline isn't too solid, it doesn't have to be. The fight scenes more than make up for the lack of thrilling plot. The Persians are attacking the Greeks, and the Spartans wont have it. The council wont let the whole army fight, so 300 men stand up to an entire army. It's a true story of valor and honor that is anything but easy to find in today's society. If you're looking for a good action movie with amazing fight scenes, then 300 is the movie for you. Expand

I would buy the DVD if it featured a version without dialogue, which was uniformly dopey. In fact, the whole script looked like it was written by a team of 8th-graders on a glue bender. Anyone who didn't want to kill the narrator 15 minutes into the film wasn't paying attention.

Old hag reviewers without any sense of style or artistry review this movie badly simply on the basis that they can't handle it. Anyone with a quarter brain and an understanding of what this movie is, a movie version of a graphic novel, would understand that the imagery was simply meant to be a comic in motion, maintaining all the extremes of a great graphic novel. They think it's supposed to be completely true to life and fails. No. It's art in motion. This movie is incredible if you get past your ego and actually have a real taste for artistic expression. See it if you're one to enjoy new, fresh cinematic ideas ...instead of just chalking everything up to the same textbook formula that these so-called expert reviewers seem to do. Expand

If this movie does not get nominated for any Academy Awards for graphics/cinematography/costumes/best picture, etc, I will be very annoyed. The action was relentless and the editing team made amazing use of slow motion. Certain parts were slowed down and sped up to emphasize the impact of certain strikes. The acting was amazing, as was the characters' interaction with the environment. Through the use of digital editing, the entire movie was made on a digital set - the only actual on location filming the crew did was for a horse action shot. The only qualm I had with the movie was its insertion of "freedom and liberty prevailing over all else. I have read the comic several times (I now own it, too. Go Chapters!) and though the Spartans preached that a new age was beginning, an age of "great deeds, reason, and justice," the comics never referenced freedom and liberty. It sort of left an "American" taste in my mouth. Expand

Gladiator is at the top of my favorite movie list. I went to the midnight screening of the movie knowing nearly nothing about it. Hoping, praying, that it would have the potential to win me over and take the #1 spot….. I'm going to be honest. I'm a HUUUGE fan of video games. And the fact is, this movie plays out like one giant amazing video game. It’s everything a video game should be: It's stunning visually, it's violent, it’s twichy and it’s action pact. It's focused, well paced, over blown, and instantly gratifying. It’s a feast for the eyes and the ears. It’s awesome! It has good sex scenes, wicked fighting, over blown dialog (think brave heart ). Will everyone enjoy this? No. Is the story involving? Not really. Take this movie for what it is, a graphic novel turned film and you will be amazed at its spectacle. As for my favorite movie, well, it’s still gladiator, but this movie damn well put up a good fight. Expand

I usually give a score close to the ones the critics give, but I really think the critics are under rating this one. The visuals were really astounding, and I thoughti t was cool how they showed how Spartan men were really brought up. I read one reviewer say the copper colors were overused, i thought it looked good. Sure, the movie exploits sex and violence (it is the goriest movie I have ever seen by a long shot) , but we are watching a war movie. Only gripe I had at first all the Spartans look like models, instead of barbarians, but I think it just added to the style. I think some critics forget to enjoy a movie for what it is. Amazing movie. Unabashed entertainment, beautifully rendered and digitally touched up, excellently scoped and choreographed, 300 is at its best when it is throwing bodies around. Much of the side drama feelings like a side drama, leaving the target audience craving even more of its ultraviolent ancient warfare. It is a bloody and lewd picture, absolutely not for the kids, but for people desensitized enough to accept a movie where most of the warriors aren't treated as people, and by the body count alone, life has very little meaning until it is gone, if then. It is funny that its few bare breasts and short erotic sequences receive more protest than the various dismemberments, but be prepared for both, and be prepared to enjoy them, or don't see 300 at all. This is not a profound movie, often stopping short where it might examine greater morality or elevate the plot. Instead, its best dramatic feature is how it makes you believe things will happen when you walked into the movie theatre knowing they couldn't. If you rate this as a high drama, you miss its point - it is a superb action movie and needs to be judged and enjoyed as such. With all its references to Greek and specifically Spartan patriotism, its bold moral values unshared by mainstream America, and a plot driven by Persian aggression on European soil, this movie is absolutely not an allegory for America's conflicts with the Middle East, and only the dimwitted could see this as supporting an American war with Iran. However if that does happen, many marines may use this to psych themselves up. Expand

Do not go into the theater expecting to compare '300' to 'Gladiator'. In the '300' the cinematography is astounding as the entire movie was filmed in a warehouse. Although beyond the battle grounds, the storyline could not live up to the Spartan scenes. The battle scenes had the audience cheering and made you feel like leaping off your seat to grab a shield and sword. This movie was entertaining and fun even with the cheezy inspirational speeches.
