    I'm in love with both the movie and specially Juliane Köhler. What else can i say?

    As a lesbian and as someone who lived in Germany as a child after the second world war, I found the emotional and national resonance of the film to be breathtaking. Everthing rings so true and at the same time so wonderously happy and so tragic. I cannot recommend a film more hightly.

    I absolutely LOVED this film; so much so that I had to buy the video. The acting is marvelous, the true story is riviting and the love between the two women exquisite. I am captivated!
