    Unfortunately, Murat's decision to jump back and forth in time makes the film hard to follow for even the most committed viewer.

    This movie shown to the world the real Brasil, were the slavery isn't finish, it only change his face. Now the slavery joint blacks, white, indians and all the poor people who live in favela (guetto), while the rich people, bad politics and police make money with blood and sorrow from childrens and oldies.     It is an excellent movie with beautiful cinematography and editing. The story is an interesting spin on the Brazilian favela/prison genre, with a storyline intertwined between idealistic politica vs. the reality of social unequality. Expand
