Oct 4, 20116The sexual jokes in "Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery" will provide you a new eyesight of comedy...the naked way. However, that's the only bland jokes the movie pertains to have.

FatClemenzaAug 5, 20029This film is quite humourous. I believe everyone at one point in their lives should see this hilarious film.

RodG.Feb 21, 20078I'm finding that the users rating is much closer to being accurate than the critics ratings. This movie was funny. The scene with Tom Arnold in the bathroom is classic comedy. I laughed so hard I cried.

CalvinB.Jul 24, 20029Austin Powers is hilarious in both acts and the stupidity of his lines are hilarious. i most of watched it 30 times in a month and a half and i still watch it.

NolanB.Aug 4, 20028Maybe it doesn't have as much memorable jokes as the second one, but this is definitely my favorite Austin Powers. Doesn't have the Mini-Me, Fat B@stard, or the other great characters, but it makes up for that with being a truly great comedy.

JosephB.Feb 2, 200610Overall this film is a must-see spoof that will cause you to laugh out loud and cringe at the same time. It represents the sixties culture and how much different events are nowadays in a fully satisfying way.

DaveC.Jul 21, 20047Funnier, sharper and less reliant on crudness than the sequals. Austin Powers: International Man Of Mystery is unrelenting in its assault of priceless gags.

ColeL.Nov 22, 20018A fastidious movie, remarkably hilarious. The dialogue is ideal, and the acting is tremendous. Shag it to me baby!

[Anonymous]Nov 23, 20058Non stop laughs. And a slap at James Bond movies of the old days. Some things go a little crude and over the top, though.

Oct 26, 20108i remember seeing this with a bunch of friends and us all having a good laugh at its redicualasness . myers spoof of the bond franchise was well done especialy his dr evil charicter who is the one who really steels the movie . i wached it not long ago again after along time having not seen it and it doesnt feel like it held up well but im giving this review as to how i felt when i first saw it.

Oct 22, 201110If Austin Powers contains your sort of humour, which it does in my case, this is the most fun you'll ever have with any movie. Must-watch for everybody who loves comedy.
-
Jan 26, 20126Not nearly as funny as the trailers made it out to be. There's good material here don't get me wrong i just feel that Mike Myers' characters stretch thin in a full movie format, maybe in an 5 minute SNL skit these characters would materialize better.

Dec 15, 20118With great performances by Mike Myers and a lot of funny moments, this is a great comedy. It does have a few moments where it doesn't make sense though.

Dec 12, 20117It was rather corny at times but it was a good parody and Mike Myers played his role perfectly. It was quite hilarious as well and well worth the watch.

20Piddling spoof.
-
80Myers has hit upon a genuinely original schtick, and that fact alone is immeasurably groovy.

60What's really fun about this silly but spirited comedy isn't just the ribbing of "swinging London" fashion and social attitudes but the use of the compulsive zooms and split-screen mosaics of commercial movies of the 60s.
